More weight loss success than HCG Diet

Weight loss discoveries for supplements and diet plans are a vital part of what the medical research world does. Why? Take a look at the alarming numbers related to obesity: a third of adults are overweight and 17% of kids in America are overweight. It’s no wonder that something like the HCG diet is so popular. But there’s a new kid on the block that may eventually outshine them all – Green coffee bean extract.

Green coffee extract, though relatively new on the scene, has a lot of people excited. From actual users who have melted away fat, to weight loss experts, to naturopathic doctors… they all seem to agree on one thing: these new green coffee bean products may hold the answer to natural weight loss.

If you or someone you know has ever battled obesity, then you know two things… One, it’s a seemingly never-ending struggle to try to lose weight. You struggle to keep up with the foods you should be eating, how much and how often. You struggle to get in the exercise you need. Two, you never know who to believe or which supplements really could help you lose weight – through suppressing your appetite, increasing metabolism or a number of other ways different weight loss supplements work. It’s also hard to know which ones are safe.

That was the good thing about the HCG diet and the new Superfruit diet, though. It uses all completely natural ingredients that are found to help you lose weight through a few different ways. They were all combined to give you a super jump start to weight loss.

Green coffee beans extract jump-starts weight loss, too. But it also fights fat for you, and you don’t have to do anything different. You don’t have to eat certain foods, eat at certain times or restrict how much of what you eat. You don’t have to struggle with keeping up with an exercise routine.

How Do Green Coffee Beans Burn Fat?

Green coffee bean extract has a magical ingredient that isn’t found in your typical coffee bean: chlorogenic acid. The chlorogenic acid is what makes green coffee bean extract so powerful. When you take a green coffee extract, the chlorogenic acid starts melting away the fat storages in your body.

It then proceeds to restrict and slow down the release of glucose (sugar) into the blood stream. With less sugar seeping into your blood stream, your body doesn’t have the chance to start snatching it up and forming new fat storages. So you’re melting away current body fat and also preventing new fat storages from creeping up!

This all happens by taking a single supplement of green coffee beans. There’s no need to take multiple supplements, no need to start running five days a week, no need to change your diet. It happens automatically and it has been shown to work every body type.

Has Green Coffee Bean Extract Been Tested?

Yes. While the most recent study, overseen by Joe Vinson from the University of Scranton, was small, it proved that green coffee is definitely promising. He shared the results with the American Chemical Society on March 26, 2012.

During the 22-week study, 16 overweight men and women were given a green coffee extract and a placebo – at different times throughout the study, of course. The participants didn’t follow any kind of weight loss plan. No new exercise and no new diet. Actually, they were eating a diet pretty high in calories (about 2,400 per day) and burning a mere 400 calories or so per day.

At the end of the study, the results spoke for themselves. When participants should have continued gaining weight under any other circumstance, they lost weight and burned off body fat without any effort on their part (other than taking the supplement). They lost about 17 pounds across the board, lost 16 percent of their body fat and 10 percent of total body weight.

Some experts are calling the power of green coffee weight loss the magical secret we’ve been in search of. There are larger-scale studies being planned to test even further and to prove once and for all just how easy it can be to lose weight with the right plan of attack. Green coffee beans will only continue to become more popular as more people learn about them and larger study results are published.
